Zovirax is an oral medication that is used to treat genital herpes, chicken pox and herpes zoster. How to take

The recommended adult dosage for acyclovir 200-800 mg every four hours which is roughly 5 times a day. The typical intravenous dosage for adults is 5 to 10 mg/kg taken every 8 hours for seven days.
