What is Sustanon?
Sustanon is drug that is the chemical combination of 4 testosterones. It is a yellow clear liquid and it is packed in glass ampoules that are very clear. Benzoyl alcohol and arachis oil base testosterone esters are used as preservatives.
One mL of Sustanon 250 ampoule contains 30 mg of testosterone propionate, 60 mg of testosterone phenylpropionate, 60 mg testosterone isocaproate and 100 mg of testosterone decanoate.
One mL of Sustanon 100 ampoule contains 20 mg of testosterone propionate, 40 mg of testosterone phenylpropionate and 40 mg testosterone isocaproate.
What is testosterone?
Testosterone refers to the hormone that makes an individual be termed as male. It influences all the male characteristics including muscular body, production of sperms, sexual power, development of the male sexual organ, etc.
What is Sustanon used for?
For various reasons, some males may develop hormone deficiency and it is in this condition in which Sustanon is needed to replace that deficiency. The doctor may however prescribe Sustanon for the treatment of other conditions instead of the testosterone or hormone deficiency.

Important information before using Sustanon
Sustanon should not be used if there are reasons to believe or suspect that the patient may be suffering from breast or prostate tumors. The patients should also be examined by a doctor to check whether there might abnormalities of the reproductive organs.
Sustanon should be taken BY MEN ONLY and woman should not take the drug under any circumstances.
Ensure that you inform your doctor before taking Sustanon if you have ever suffered from or you currently suffer from heart problems, kidney disorders, high blood pressure, migraines, epilepsy or elevated level of calcium in the body (hypercalcuria/hypercalcemia).
Ensure that you inform the prescriber of the other medications that you might be taking. Some medications may interact with Sustanon to cause health complications and side effects.
Sustanon may cause alteration in the body tolerance of glucose and it may decrease the insulin and diabetic medication requirement on the diabetic patients.
If you are currently taking any blood thinners (anticoagulants) or barbiturates ensure that you also inform the pharmacist.
Ensure that you check the expiry date of Sustanon before you begin using it. Do not use the medication if there is damage to the ampoule.
How is Sustanon administered?
Sustanon is administered in to the body through deeps intramuscular injection. The doctor will choose the right dosage to administer based on your health condition. In the normal state of affairs, the doctor will administer the injection once and this will be followed by injection after every two weeks.
These injections should most preferably be administered by a doctor or nurse. Do not administer the injections yourself unless you are trained or you have been shown how to do it by a qualified medical professional.
Sustanon has not shown any negative interference with the ability to cooperate machinery and it does not adversely react with alcohol.
Does Sustanon have any side effects?
Generally, Sustanon is well tolerated by very many patients that take it. It may however in some very rare instances cause side effects like salt and water retention thus causing swelling, elevation of blood calcium levels, decrease or increase in levels of blood sugar and increase in the number and visibility of skin blood vessels.

Even though over dosage of Sustanon is not very fatal, it should be avoided. The medication should be administered in the right manner and in the right dosage.
How should you store Sustanon?
Sustanon should be kept in its original packing in a place far away from pets and children. Ensure that you store it unrefrigerated in a cool dark place. Refrigeration makes the drug to solidify and it may make its injection difficult.

If any Sustanon remains unused after completion of the dosage ensure that you return it to your doctor.
