Prozac is widely used in treating bulimia (eating disorder), Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and depression. It may however be prescribed for other disorders as well. Prozac is supposed to be taken around the same time every day except for the once-per-week product. It is recommended that the drug be taken in the morning alongside breakfast. Prozac can interact with some medicines. Thioridizine should not be taken alongside Prozac or less than five weeks after taking Prozac. Prozac Appropriate dosage
