Dumirox is a widely prescribed drug used in treating depression as well as anxiety disorders like obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorder (OCSD), Post Traumatic stress disorder and social phobia. In case the dose exceeds 100 mg, it is recommended that t be taken in two doses. If these doses are unequal, the larger one is to be taken at bedtime.
In case, you forget to take a dose of Dumirox, skip it and resume the regular schedule. Two doses should not be taken at once.
Dumirox Side effects
While it has some beneficial effects, there may be some undesirable side effects. The most common side effects not necessitating medical attention include constipation, nausea, somnolence, decreased appetite, insomnia, dizziness, headaches, agitation and asthenia. The side effects disappear with continued consumption of the drug as the body gets used to it. However, consult qualified medical practitioners in case of persistent, bothersome or abnormal side effects. Some serious side effects requiring immediate medical attention include twitching, trouble urinating, trouble breathing, sexual problems and mental changes.
